Welcome to Dwellings. We are a relational network of everyday believers cultivating communities and house churches around the presence of Jesus. By enrolling in The Training Circle online course (the “Course”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”).

1. Eligibility and Enrollment

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in the Course.

• By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

• Enrollment grants personal access to the Course. Login details must not be shared, sold, or transferred.

2. Access and Use

• Enrollment includes lifetime access to the Course.

• All Course materials (videos, guides, PDFs, tools) are for your personal use only.

• You may not copy, distribute, or use materials for commercial purposes without written permission from Dwellings.

3. Payments and Refunds

• All fees are listed in USD and must be paid in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan is specifically offered.

• Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• If you are on a payment plan and miss a payment, access to the Course may be suspended until payments are up to date.

4. Community Guidelines

If your Course includes access to online groups or discussion spaces:

• Treat all participants with respect. No harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior will be tolerated.

• We reserve the right to remove participants who disrupt or harm the community. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

5. Intellectual Property

• All Course materials are the intellectual property of Dwellings.

• You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimers

• The Course is provided for educational and spiritual formation purposes only.

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes, growth results, or measurable achievements.

• Participation does not create any legal, counseling, or therapeutic relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dwellings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Course.

• You are solely responsible for how you apply what you learn.

8. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Course if you violate this Agreement.

• No refunds will be issued for termination due to breach of terms.

9. Privacy Policy

What We Collect

• When you enroll, we collect your name, email, and payment details.

• We may collect additional information you choose to share (such as comments in discussion spaces).

How We Use Your Data

• To deliver Course content and updates.

• To communicate with you about your enrollment.

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.
